What Is This Integration?

Kahoona's AI engine analyzes visitor behavior on your website and predicts what each user is likely to do next -- whether they are likely to purchase, whether they are browsing as a gift buyer, their price sensitivity, and more. These predictions are delivered as user-level segment data directly into your Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ready to use for email targeting, journey orchestration, and audience building.

Once active, Kahoona segments appear as columns in an SFMC Data Extension. Your email marketing team can use them to build journeys in Journey Builder, create filtered audiences in Automation Studio, and combine them with your existing subscriber data for more precise targeting.

How It Works

Kahoona collects behavioral signals from your website visitors and runs them through predictive models on our servers. The resulting audience segments are matched to known subscribers via hashed email or Salesforce ID, then delivered into an SFMC Data Extension via the REST API. Your email marketing team uses the Data Extension as a source for journeys, automations, and audience filters.
