Coveo Qubit

Coveo Qubit has multiple ways to integrate user data. We will be using the Coveo Experience and Experimentation Hub to activate experience for Kahoona’s audiences.

Coveo requires CSM contact in order to enable data imports.

Option 1: Stash API

Stash API is Coveo’s API for access of user level data.

Kahoona can report user-level events with enriched data about the users’ segments.

Option 2: Data Import (Batch)

Coveo provides an option to create a “Data Import” - access to a GCP storage where uploaded files are automatically ingested into usable data.

Kahoona will upload batch files with user_ids and their relevant segments.
